The responsibility of Maya Tours, as the tour operator and or their agents is limited. Maya Tours. Acts only as agents for the passengers in making arrangements for the airlines, hotels, buses, or any other services in connection with this tour and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defects through the acts of defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or carrying out the arrangements of the tour or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident to the air, sea, fire breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, their pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any causes beyond Maya Tours control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas, or other documents. Maya Tours will accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes and Maya Tours shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, losses, damage or injury arising in connection with such services. Maya Tours wiU not be responsible for the failure to follow instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage handling. In event of delay it is the responsibility of the airline to determine exactly what procedure will be followed. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on their procedures and shall not be the responsibility of Maya Tours, and its affiliates will not be responsible for any person(s) missing any part of the program due to his negligence or delay or absenteeism at any time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for participants to rejoin the tour. Moreover, no refund will be given for any service rendered not utilized.

Terms of Payment:

1. A Deposit check payable to Maya Tours ( $3,500 per person)
2. A full payment for the Balance should be received 30 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation must be in writing and signed and dated by Maya Tours’ Representative.
Maya Tours will charge the following Cancellation fees:
All cancellation are subject to $1,500.00 per person administration fees.
Cancellation 30 days prior to departure deduct 50% of the package purchased.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to departure deduct 75% of the package purchased.
Cancellation less than IS days prior to departure No refund – No show No refund.

Travel Documents Required

1. Valid passport (for at least 6 months).
2. Pilgrims who have foreign passports (non US) must submit a copy of their green card (both sides)
3. Meningitis immunization record and regular flu shots.
4. 3 recent passport size pbotos with white background.
5. Visa application completed and signed by each person.
6. Pilgrims with a non Islamic names, must submit a statement from any Islamic center showing their reversion to Islam.
7. Single sisters who do not have a “Mohram” and are over 45 years of age must send a non-objection letter signed by a first degree relative (husband, brother, male cousin, uncle, or father).
8. Female pilgrim needs to be accompanied by male “Mohram” with proof of relationship
9. Round trip airline ticket to and from Jeddah.
